CyberStart Application Process Started

CyberStart is an Interreg Central Baltic Project aimed at addressing cybersecurity in women’s workforce. Project participants will be offered training, mentorship, certification and career support to reskill and upskill in Cybersecurity.

Age requirements: women 18+
Eligible Countries: 30 women resident in Finland+ 60 women resident in Latvia
Employment Staus: Unemployed, underemployed or on maternity leave and seeking to transition into a tech-related career;
English Language Proficiency: at least a B1 level of English, sufficient to follow lectures and complete coursework in English);
Background: some basic background in IT, and/or CyberSecurity is preferable;
Time Commitment: candidates must be able to dedicate approximately 8–12 hours per week to participate in online courses, assignments, and related self-paced-learning activities.;
Motivation and Ambition: a strong personal motivation to build a career in cybersecurity.
