Globally, less than 25% of the cybersecurity workforce are women, and the gap is even wider in Northern Europe. This is not just a question of equality <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">\u2013 it is a question of untapped talent, innovation, and competitiveness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The <b>CyberStart project<\/b>, co-funded by the<b> Interreg Central Baltic<\/b> program, is changing this.
