Puolet EU:n ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6ist\u00e4 pit\u00e4\u00e4 stressi\u00e4 yleisen\u00e4 ty\u00f6paikallaan, ja stressi on syyn\u00e4 noin puoleen kaikista menetetyist\u00e4 ty\u00f6p\u00e4ivist\u00e4. Kaksi muuta suurta mielenterveyshaastetta ovat masennus ja ahdistus.
